Google Video Supports CLOSED CAPTIONING!

Exciting News! Videos uploaded to Google Videos can now be closed captioned using support provided by Google! If you have friends who are making videos on the web, and posting them to Google Video, show them this clip and encourage them to add closed captions to their videos, both new and old!

please help me!
I had downloaded The 11th hour on Google video but unluckily, the subtitle or another words is caption of that video was not attach with the video, please help me, I would like to download video with subtitle.
